HelicalGear Calcula Engrenagem - Calculator helical cylindrical gears and spur diameters
HelicalGear is a calculator that makes the calculations of cylindrical helical gear and straight teeth. With it you can simply select the type of DP module, CP or metric, then inform the module, the number of teeth and click the calculate button.
If you enter the degree, minute and second will get the value of the helical tooth calculations by calculating the cosine and the decimal angle properly beyond the primitive and outside diameter and circumference (girth gear or repeat in its primitive).
If you do not inform or put 0 (zero) in degrees, minutes and seconds the result is the calculation to spur gear. Always cylindrical gears.
Example:
